Tennis Ticket News guarantees that the following will be true for all event tickets ordered through www.TennisTicketNews.com.
Your tickets are real, authentic tickets valid for event entry;
Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all the tickets sold on Tennis Ticket News are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event the ticket is for. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets to back as instructed in email. Tennis Ticket News will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if Tennis Ticket News finds that it was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees.
Your tickets will be the exact seats you ordered or better;
If the customer does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered, Tennis Ticket News guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equivalent or better value than the tickets originally requested. If purchaser complains that the tickets they received do not meet this criteria, and if the event has not yet occurred, and if Tennis Ticket News determines in its sole discretion that the tickets are not adequate to fulfill its promise of equivalent or better tickets, Tennis Ticket News may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or better tickets, or it may refund the purchase price of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. In either case, customer must ship the tickets back to Tennis Ticket News in a prompt manner to be eligible for a refund or replacement tickets. If the event has already occurred, Tennis Ticket News may provide the purchaser with a refund.
Your tickets will arrive in time for the event;
Your tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, Tennis Ticket News will coordinate with the selling broker to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company Tennis Ticket News might use for the purchaser’s order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.
Your tickets will be refunded in full if the event is canceled;
If an event is permanently canceled, Tennis Ticket News will coordinate with the selling broker to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. Tennis Ticket News may require the purchaser to return the tickets to Tennis Ticket News to be eligible for this refund.
