The Farmers Classic, also known as the  Countrywide Tennis Classic or the LA Tennis Open,  is just one of the tennis tournaments on the ATP Tour International Series. The Farmers Classic – Countrywide Classic is scheduled for Monday July 26 – Sunday August 1, 2010 and has hosted the top men in the world since 1927.

Lasting one-week, the tournament is held at the Los Angeles Tennis Center at UCLA, Straus Stadium. The schedule for the Farmers Classic – Countrywide Classic Open includes a 28-players singles draw and a 16-team doubles competition. This year marks the 84th year of the Countrywide Classic, now called the Farmers Classic, making  it the longest running annual professional sporting event in Los Angeles.
