Arthur Ashe Stadium 2010 Tennis Tickets

Tennis Ticket News offers premier tickets for all 2010 US Open sessions at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Arthur Ashe Stadium, located in Flushing Meadows Park in Corona, New York, is the main tennis stadium of the US Open, the last of the four Grand Slam tournaments.
Arthur Ashe Stadium is also where the annual Arthur Ashe Kids Day takes place. Arthur Ashe Stadium is located at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, Queens, New York. Below is a seating chart of Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Arthur Ashe Stadium opened in 1997, replacing Louis Armstrong Stadium as the main stadium. Arthur Ashe Stadium, which cost about $254 million to construct, is a four-level structure designed by Rossetti Associates Architects, which is the same architects of the Tennis Center at Crandon Park in Miami. Arthur Ashe Stadium features 22,547 individual seats, 90 luxury suites, five restaurants (including media and player dining), state-of-the-art broadcast and audio systems, and a two-level players’ lounge, making it the largest outdoor tennis-only venue in the world. The Arthur Ashe Stadium, like the other 32 courts in the facility, has a DecoTurf cushioned acrylic surface.
Arthur Ashe Stadium is named after the famous tennis player, Arthur Robert Ashe Jr., who won the US Open Tennis Tournament in 1968. Arthur Ashe ended the 12-year drought for U.S. men in the nation’s premier tennis tournament, and more significantly, became the first black man to win a Grand Slam event.
More than 40 years later, the name Arthur Ashe lives on in the hearts and minds of those who remember him as one of the top tennis players and humanitarians in American history. His name also lives on at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Arthur Ashe Stadium, one of the grandest facilities of any tournament – Grand Slam or otherwise – in the world.
